Coming This Sunday: Ghosts in New York Grand Central + Chat
This Sunday I’ll share my Ghosts of New York Grand Central series — and begin IMAGE FRONTIERS Chat

Ghostly commuters blur into light and shadow in New York’s Grand Central Station — one of the long exposures I’ll be sharing in my next post. “Photographing Ghosts in New York Grand Central Station.” That post goes live this Sunday August 24, 2025.
With it, I’m opening something new: IMAGE FRONTIERS Chat. A subscriber-only space where we can talk directly, ask questions, and trade ideas in real time. I’ll be there to keep the conversation going — and I hope you’ll join me.
Why Chat?
Until now, most of our exchanges have happened in the comments or surveys at the bottom of posts. Those are great for thoughtful feedback — but I wanted to create a more casual, real-time space where we can:
Share quick reactions to new posts and images
Swap photo tips and experiment ideas
Keep the creative momentum alive between full posts
When & How
Launch Date: Sunday, alongside the Ghosts post
Where: Right here on Substack (in your app or on the site)
Who: Everyone subscribed — free or paid — can join in
I’ll start things off with a few prompts, and then it’s open for you to jump in, ask questions, share ideas, or just lurk until you feel ready.
This is a new experiment for me — much like my photography — and I’m looking forward to seeing where it takes us.
Hope you’ll join me.
